Contact Improvisation – Communication on the Limits

In this meeting, we will be acting and playing together with Defne Erdur within the framework of the basic principles of Contact Improvisation, and we will be exploring the limits of our body and communication skills.
We would be exploring ways to open mutual physical communication channels, establish contacts and play together; we will focus on feeling the center of gravity of our own bodies and improving our relationship with the ground to be flexible and comfortable yet resilient. While making contact with our centers that are getting stronger and have increased awareness; We will explore ways to be balanced, determined and spontaneous.
We are waiting for everyone who wants to meet with Contact Improvisation, beginners, and anyone who wants to focus on improving their level.
