› Deep Tissue Release Massage – min 1 hour
This massage session is realized with soothing essential oils and focuses on releasing the tension and toxins in the soft tissues (muscles, connective tissue) of the body; accompanied by soft adjustments of the spine. The techniques follow the pathways of the lymphatic system and have also detox effect. It is good to receive any time during the day, before or after workout (it is recommended that you share your schedule of the day with the therapist and she adjust her techniques to your body’s needs accordingly).
› Integrative Cranio-sacral Therapy – min 1.5 hour
This body therapy session is based on the complex understanding of how the body works according to the fascial and cranial system, with a deeper understanding of the anatomy and body’s self-healing mechanisms. The session combines cranial techniques and diagnostics with the mechanical tests and techniques. However the primary treatments used here are very subtle and not mechanical but cranial; aiming at harmonizing with the natural rhythm in the central nervous system and therefore the other systems of the body as a whole. Following the session body needs to rest and restore, so it is recommended to receive at a time, where you can take time to rest after.
› Feet Reflexology – min 45 min
Focusing mainly on the skeletal system and vital organs thru refexology points on the feet, this session proposes to relax the body as a whole and allow the person to connect better to all the systems thru the feet. Not only the feet –that carry all our weight all thru the day– but also the whole skeletal structure and viscera finds balance and rest. It is recommended to receive especially at the end of a hard working day.

› Every Body Knows™ –for Holotropic Breathwork practitioners
The mind is like the wind and the body like the sand: If you want to see how the wind is blowing, you can look at the sand. — Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen
There is nothing new under the sun! And yet “everything that is” invites us to dive deeper into the layers of our presence; to seek a conscious yet liberated and sovereign place to dance our life from.
Together we are zooming into our physical, emotional and mental foundation. We are working with the sensations and anatomical make up of our bodies from conception until now, directing our awareness to responses for inner and outer stimuli. Building awareness of our perception system in action, gradually allowing habitual patterns to change, we find our own resources for resilience: strength, flexibility and endurance. Let’s meet in an elevated flow, experiencing self-sufficient, self-satisfied and effortless bodies as we move and dance.
Besides four Holotropic Breathwork Sessions (2 as a breather and 2 as a sitter) principles and various tools from Experiential Anatomy, Developmental Movement, Authentic Movement, Expressive Art Therapies and Contact Improvisation are at our guidance to relate to our own unique self and reach out to dance with our soul and others.
No previous experience with Holotropic Breathwork, dance or movement practices is needed. If you feel drawn, you are welcome!
› Gravitating to Joy – for all human and non human beings
An Invitation for Embodying Safety and Trust:
At times of turmoil: conflicts, violence, sufferings and wars, where nature calls… How can we develop a sense of safety and trust the flow of our life, and move on?
Overwhelmed with information on ecological, political and social crisis; fatigued by restlessness and anxiety… How can we find our resources; to survive, to enjoy life, to find meaning and strength for action?
In this workshop, we are inquiring these questions by connecting to our physical, emotional and mental foundation through moving and dancing. We are searching for new ways to frame the information coming at us — in favour of coming alive and connecting to and caring for ourselves and others (human and non-human). We do this by discovering the relations between our sensations, feelings, thoughts, and movements.
As we are relating to our selves and looking for our own resources for resilience, principles of Somatic Experiencing, Authentic Movement, Expressive Art Therapies, Experiential Anatomy and Movement Improvisation are being at our guidance. The 5 elements from Indian Philosophy provide support for the embodiment of emotions.
As we move we focus on the things that may be “disturbing” us and we also direct our attention on the resources we have within and around us. We work through movement and dance to build capacity to contain the opposites. Through embodying polarities within, we cultivate resilience…
There are solo, duet and group practices. Let’s get moving and create joyful dances with this precarious world we live in! Cause we are all alone in this, together!
